We ordered a 10x16 shed on April 19, 2022. It has been over 15 weeks now, and still have yet to receive our shed. We... were told by Wendell that it would be about 12 weeks before it would be delivered. I had to make several phone calls to check on progress of the shed. I called on the 12 week mark and was told I didn't need to call to check progress, as they were going to let me know. He told me then, it was an "approximate" time frame, due to materials needing ordering, etc. Wendell from the beginning seemed very put out by having to help us. Customer service was poor. Again, called today, he said he needed to call the builders to see what was going on. I received a voicemail stating they are still building the shed. No apology, no offer of discount(I even asked for one, due to being inconvenienced). Horrible customer service! They will try, to get our shed delivered to us before we go on vacation. I do not recommend this company. Save yourself the frustration of bad customer service. We are still paying on our old storage unit....read more

Horribly built 'cabin' that they still consider a shed. Of course we realized that we would have to finish it on the... inside but the horrible quality of the build had so many leaks and even if it were just a 'shed', it had so many gaps in the wall boards at the ceiling and in between the studs ‐ you could see light through them, and water came in thankfully before were started to build on the inside. It's very off square and just a lot of shoddy work. I got a whopping $500 for repairs, which were much more in reality. Use another company that doesn't subcontract out.read more

Absolute amazing customer service!! The guy who delivered was amazing and was able to fit our 14ft wide shed in our... 12ft gate 👏🏻 so we didn't have to remove part of out fencing! I was always updated on the progress and Roan was always available to answer any questions! Highly recommendread more

My wife saw this building on Facebook, we had been looking for awhile and with Best Buildings we got more for our... money. We bought a 12x24 lofted garage. Great quality , it looks great. Only complaint it took 10 weeks instead of 6 that we were told. But we weren't in a hurry.read more

I have 1 tough shed and 4 King sheds and the 1 Premiere and I like the premier the best and they were the easiest to... work with they were fast reliable they showed up on time I won't buy a shed from anybody else but Premier from this point forward I had the most troubles with Weather Kingread more

THIS PLACE IS 100% THE GO TO PLACE FOR A QUALITY SHED/BUILDING HANDS DOWN. FROM THE VERY FIRST PHONE CALL TO THE... DELIVERY SHAWN AND I HAD THE BEST EXPERIENCE. ROAN WAS OUR REP AND HE IS PUNCTUAL PROFESSIONAL AND ANSWERED ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS. WE WERE TOLD 3 TO 5 WEEKS TO BUILD IT AND DELIVER , BUT IT WAS DELIVERED AND SET UP IN LESS THAN 3 WEEKS. WE COULDN'T BE HAPPIER. THE DRIVER WAS SOLO AND WE WERE IMPRESSED ONE MAN COULD DO THIS SET UP FOR THIS MASSIVE BUILDING, EVEN THOUGH WE HAD A TRICKY SPOT TO MANUEVER IT INTO, HE DID IT FLAWLESSLY. EVERYONE SHOULD BUY FROM PREMIER AND ONLY PREMIER!!! KUDOS GREAT COMPANY. My wife and I bought three large sheds from these folks to place in the lot of our new home—a garage, a studio, and a... sauna/exercise room. After shopping around, we chose Best Buildings because of the beauty and quality of their buildings and their excellent service. Roan was knowledgeable and very helpful—without being pushy. This was a big decision to make and he helped us navigate the numerous choices and concerns we had. We were also pleased at the skilled, no mess, no fuss delivery and setup of the buildings by their team. We really appreciated them going the extra mile in every way.
